Requirements for use: It needs to be heated to 120 ℃ when laminating to ensure that the material is firmly bonded. Applying steady pressure helps the adhesive contact the surface to be adhered, thereby increasing the bond strength. Bonding surfaces must be clean and dry. Suggested pressing parameters (taking the iron diamond hot pressing and sealing machine as an example): the temperature of the hot air heating head is set to 260-300 degrees Celsius, and the pressure: 40N/square centimeter. Or stay the same. Lamination speed: 6-8 m/min.

Quick inspection in the factory: peel off the sealing identification tape after bonding, and take the broken material as the standard.

Storage and Shelf Life: Polyester cloth FRV2006 tape has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture, i.e. in the original packaging material, at 21°C (70°F) and 50° relative humidity away from direct sunlight and rain and dust.
